Build aTruly Customer-Acquiring
Google Independent Website

Many foreign trade professionals spend money building a website, only to be met with silence. What we do is not ”deliver a website,” but from the very first line of code, we consider Google indexing, keyword layout, and conversion paths—so your independent website starts working for you from day one.

Website Development with SEO Built-In

URL structure, page framework, internal linking logic—planned according to Google standards from the design stage, not "adding SEO" after the site is built, because that can't be fixed later.

Data Speaks, Results Are Trackable

Monthly delivery of ranking reports, traffic analysis, and inquiry source tracking—you clearly see where every dollar is spent and what it brings.

One Team from Start to Finish, No Hand-Offs

Website development, SEO, maintenance, and content updates are handled by the same team from start to finish, so you don't have to coordinate multiple vendors for the same task.

Our Story

Deeply Focused on Independent Websites, Getting This One Thing Right

In 2024, Chengchuang Technology was established in Xi'an. The founder previously worked at several well-known domestic SaaS website development platforms and saw too many projects like this: the website looked good, but SEO was an afterthought; content was written, but never planned from the buyer's search path.

Leaving the platform was because we wanted to do something different—integrate customer acquisition logic from the very first line of code. Website development and SEO are not separate; strategy and execution are not divided; we don't hand off after delivery.

We have served over 40 industries, including LED lighting, CNC machine tools, titanium alloys, and pet supplies, delivering more than 300 projects. We do not pursue scale expansion; we insist on a small team, high quality, and deep companionship.

Pain Points

Have you also encountered these problems?

After 10 years in foreign trade website development, we've seen too many similar stories. If any of the following 8 points resonate with you, it's worth reading this page carefully.

Spent 20,000 to 30,000 on a website, but it can't be found on Google—money wasted

The website is built and looks good, but keywords have no ranking, and even searching the company name on Google yields no results. The website development company says "SEO needs to be done separately"—and you realize no one considered it from the start. SEO should be integrated from the beginning of website development, not patched on later.

Don't know which keywords to use, and the content written gets no views

You know SEO needs to be done and have written product pages seriously, but you don't know what buyers are actually searching for. The content you write talks to yourself, and traffic remains zero. No one tells you where to start; keyword research is the starting point for everything.

The website development company keeps "working," but there's never a result

The project drags on for three months, and every time you push, they say "still adjusting." In the end, they deliver a bunch of half-finished work. Later, you find out they don't have a mature delivery process and are figuring things out with each project. Your time and patience are costs.

No one handles website issues, and you don't understand the technology yourself

The website development company disappears after building the site. Images don't load, forms don't receive emails, mobile layout breaks—when problems arise, there's no one to turn to, and you can only worry. A website with issues and no support is like pushing inquiries away.

You do SEO and receive reports, but you don't understand them or know if they're useful

Every month, you get a screenshot full of keyword rankings, but inquiries don't change. You don't know if those rankings help your business, and you only feel more anxious about the money spent. Ranking up ≠ customer acquisition; there's a lot more to do between these two things.

Your independent website gets traffic, but most of it is from China, not target buyers

GA shows a lot of traffic, but when you check, it's all Chinese IPs. There are almost no real overseas buyers. You don't know if the keywords are wrong or the website content is off. The way to get overseas traffic is completely different from domestic traffic; they can't be mixed up.

Don't know how to write English content, and the translation sounds unnatural, losing trust

You're not good at English and use translation software for direct translation. Foreign buyers can tell it's not native language right away, and the product pages read awkwardly, directly affecting conversions. Hiring freelance writers is expensive and slow, with inconsistent quality, and revisions consume a lot of energy.

Paid a high price for a template, too many people use it, zero differentiation

Bought a popular ThemeForest template, only to find competitors using the same one. When buyers open your website and a competitor's, they feel identical. Your brand impression disappears in the first second, and brand perception is the invisible threshold for B2B inquiries.

Our Services

The Four Core Services We Offer

Each service is not an isolated product but a link in the customer acquisition system. Website building is the foundation, SEO is the long-term engine, Google Ads is for rapid volume, and FB Ads is for proactive outreach—these four combined cover the complete customer acquisition chain.

WordPress Website Development

We don't do pure "design" projects. Before designing each website, we conduct buyer keyword research, competitor analysis, and page structure planning. We ensure the site is not only visually appealing but also correctly understood by Google, engaging for buyers, and optimized to drive inquiry conversions.

Starting Price: ¥5,980 · Delivery in 15 Business Days

Google SEO Managed Services

We don't chase ranking numbers; we chase inquiry volume. Our SEO work starts from the buyer's search intent: what they search on Google, what content makes them decide to contact, which pages need optimization—each month's work corresponds to a business goal, not a self-congratulatory data report.

Monthly Fee Plan: Starting from ¥3,600 · Minimum 6-Month Commitment

Google Ads Advertising

SEO takes time to show results; paid ads fill the gap. Google Ads precisely targets active search buyers, charges per click, and delivers real-time results. We handle account setup, keyword bidding strategies, ad copywriting, and continuous optimization, ensuring every ad budget dollar is spent where it's most likely to convert.

Managed Service Fee: Starting from ¥2,800/month · Advertising Budget Separate

Facebook Ads

Google captures buyers with "existing needs," while Facebook reaches potential customers who "don't know they have a need yet." Through precise audience targeting and creative asset testing, we build brand impression before buyers even see your ad, and with retargeting, we turn visitors into inquiries.

Managed Service Fee: Starting from ¥2,500/month · Advertising Budget Separate

How We Work

From the first conversation to continuous customer acquisition, this is how we do it

It's not a "take the job, deliver, goodbye" model. We treat every client as a long-term partner, starting from understanding your business, with every step documented and verifiable.

Needs Assessment and Market Research
In-depth discussion of your products, customer profiles, and primary markets. Simultaneously conduct competitor analysis and keyword opportunity research to understand the demand on Google, the level of competition, and your differentiation.
Website Structure and Content Planning
Output the website sitemap and content framework, specifying the target keywords, buyer personas, and conversion goals for each page. Design begins only after this step is confirmed—no rework.
Design, Development & Content Creation
Custom page design (non-template), WordPress development, English product content writing, image processing, and mobile adaptation. Every step has quality inspection standards—no half-finished deliverables. Average completion time: 15 working days.
Pre-Launch Testing & SEO Initialization
Complete the technical SEO checklist (30+ items) before launch, submit to Google Search Console, and set up Analytics goal tracking to ensure Google can properly crawl and index every page of your site.
Continuous Optimization & Monthly Review
A website launch is the starting point, not the finish line. Each month, we adjust content strategy and optimization priorities based on ranking data, traffic sources, and inquiry performance—using data to drive continuous improvement, so your site is an active asset, not a static one.

Case Studies

Results That Speak for Themselves

We've selected three typical cases—different industries, different starting points, but all pointing to the same outcome: the website generates leads.

Hardware Accessories · B2B Factory

Built from scratch, 26 core keywords reached Google's first page in 6 months

The client is a mid-sized hardware factory in Zhejiang that previously relied entirely on Alibaba International Station, paying over 100,000 in annual fees but seeing declining inquiry quality. They came to us in early 2023 to build a Google independent site from scratch. Before website development, we conducted thorough keyword research, identifying 3 core keywords with monthly search volumes of 500–2,000 and a matrix of long-tail keywords. We planned the page architecture based on search intent, then simultaneously built the site, wrote product content, and executed technical SEO. After 6 months, 3 core keywords entered Google's top 3, and organic traffic averaged over 1,200 unique visitors per month.

Outdoor Equipment · Cross-Border Brand

Old site redesign + SEO takeover, inquiry conversion rate doubled

The client's existing independent site had been built for 3 years, with some traffic but very few inquiries. Our diagnostic found: page load speed of 4.8 seconds (Google's standard is under 3 seconds), extremely poor mobile adaptation, no clear CTAs on product pages, and core keyword rankings on page 3. We first performed technical optimization to reduce speed to 1.1 seconds, redesigned product pages to add inquiry entry points, and then supplemented content and built backlinks for underperforming keywords. Inquiries doubled in the second month after the redesign and tripled by the fourth month compared to pre-redesign levels.

Industrial Equipment · Manufacturing Enterprises

12 months of managed operations, average monthly organic inquiries grew from 0 to 40+

The client's website had been built for 4 years but had never done SEO, relying mainly on trade shows and existing customer referrals. We took over managed operations in 2024. Initial status: Google indexed 42 pages (should have been 200+), all keyword rankings were beyond page 4, bounce rate 78%. In 3 months, we completed technical SEO fixes; in 6 months, we established a content update rhythm; after 12 months, monthly organic inquiries stabilized at over 40, with high-intent inquiries from North America and Europe accounting for over 60%. The client renewed and continues to work with us.

Client Reviews

What Clients Say

No fake, exaggerated reviews. These testimonials come from real clients we've worked with, with specific backgrounds and details—you can judge for yourself.

I had hired two website companies before, and the site was built but completely invisible on Google—money down the drain. When we started this collaboration, they immediately asked me, ”What search terms do you want buyers to use to find you?” That's when I realized website building could be approached this way. Three months later, inquiries started coming in. Now, 7 or 8 new clients contact me through the website every month, and I've saved more than half of my Alibaba annual fees.

Manager Zhang

Hardware Accessories Factory · Yiwu, Zhejiang

I know nothing about website building and always dreaded communicating with technical staff. Their communication style is great—they don't bombard you with jargon but help translate your needs into something they can execute. The site went live in two weeks, much faster than expected, and I found they had thought of many details I hadn't, like a well-designed inquiry form on the product page that's easy for buyers to fill out, significantly improving conversions.

Ms. Li

Home Brand Founder · Foshan, Guangdong

We've been doing SEO managed operations for half a year. What satisfies me most isn't the rankings but the monthly reports I can actually understand—they connect ranking changes, inquiry sources, and traffic for each piece of content, so I know where the money goes and what the results are. Once, we urgently needed to update a batch of product images; we raised it that day, and it was handled the next day—response speed much faster than I expected.

Mr. Wang

Industrial Equipment Manufacturing · Suzhou, Jiangsu

I had tried SEO on my own before, bought some courses, but got no results. Later I realized that SEO for foreign trade independent sites is very different from regular websites—you need to understand buyer search habits. After they analyzed my situation, they replaced all the keywords I had chosen with more precise long-tail keywords. Traffic volume is slightly lower, but it's all real buyers, and inquiry quality is noticeably better. Now I'm much more confident when taking orders.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions, Direct Answers

These are the questions foreign trade professionals ask us most often. We don't beat around the bush—each question gets a substantive answer.

What do I need to prepare before building a website?

You don't need to understand technology, but you need to be able to clearly state: what your main products are, which countries your target customers are in, whether you have any previous Google promotion experience, and whether you have existing brand assets (logo/product images, etc.). The rest—keywords, structure, content framework—we handle. The first communication usually takes 30-60 minutes, and we'll help you clarify your needs.

There's no one-size-fits-all answer; it depends on your industry's competition level and your starting point. Generally: new site indexing takes 2-4 weeks; keywords appearing in the top 10 pages usually takes 3-6 months; reaching the first page typically takes 6-12 months. If your industry isn't highly competitive, it can be faster. Anyone saying ”first page in 1 month” is either targeting low-quality industry keywords or misleading you. SEO is a process where time yields results, but every step has trackable data.

Google Ads and SEO each have pros and cons. Ads deliver quick results, but traffic stops immediately when you stop paying, and for B2B foreign trade products, the cost per click is typically between $2-20, so burning tens of thousands of RMB a month is normal. SEO is slow initially, but once rankings stabilize, it becomes a ”continuously producing” asset without ongoing monthly costs. Many clients run both in parallel—using ads to sustain traffic before SEO takes effect, then gradually reducing ad budgets once SEO kicks in. We focus on SEO but will give you objective advice.

It depends on the model you choose. If you opt for managed operations, we handle all technical maintenance, content updates, and security backups—you basically don't need to worry about any technical issues. If you don't purchase managed operations, we provide complete documentation and training upon delivery, so you can handle simple text/image updates yourself. The WordPress backend isn't complicated; learning it once is enough. If issues arise later, you can also engage us for one-off fixes, billed by the hour.

Formal contract with clearly defined deliverables and timelines. Website projects are typically paid in two installments: 70% upon signing, 30% upon launch and acceptance. Managed operations services are paid monthly, with termination allowed with one month's notice and no penalty fees. We don't rely on ”locking you in” to maintain cooperation; we'd rather keep you renewing based on results. Invoices can be issued as VAT ordinary invoices (tax-inclusive pricing).

How much does a website cost? Are there cheaper options?

Standard website building starts at ¥9,980, including keyword research, custom design, WordPress development, basic SEO initialization, and English content writing (core pages). If your budget is limited, we also have a streamlined plan (¥5,980)—fewer pages, content prepared by the client, while we handle the technical and SEO architecture. We don't recommend going for the cheapest template sites costing a few hundred RMB; Google often won't index them at all, and the money is essentially wasted.

Yes. We'll first conduct a free website audit, covering: current technical SEO status, keyword ranking situation, content quality assessment, speed, and mobile experience. After the audit, we'll tell you what the problems are, the priority order for addressing them, and the estimated time needed for improvement. If your site has a history of black-hat SEO, we'll honestly inform you of the risks and won't promise unrealistic results just to get the deal.

Having many products isn't a problem, but don't cram all products onto one page. The logic of SEO is: each page corresponds to one or a group of keywords, with focused content, so Google can clearly understand what the page is about. Our usual approach is: core products get individual pages (high search volume keywords), related products get category pages (medium-volume keywords), and long-tail keywords are covered in blog content, forming a keyword matrix that covers buyer needs at different stages.

The founder previously worked deeply with several well-known domestic SaaS website building platforms, with over 10 years of industry experience covering 40+ industries including hardware accessories, LED lighting, CNC machinery, and pet supplies. Keyword strategies vary significantly across industries, and B2B content logic differs from B2C. Before taking on a project, we conduct targeted industry research and don't use templates. If you want to understand our experience in your industry, just ask—we can share relevant cases or do a preliminary keyword opportunity analysis.

The core team consists of WordPress developers, SEO specialists, English content editors, designers, and project managers. We do not outsource core work; all projects are executed by our in-house team. For certain language-specific content (e.g., German, Spanish), we collaborate with professional translators, but SEO strategy and quality control are done internally. The founder previously held positions at several well-known domestic SaaS website building companies, and all team members have years of hands-on experience with foreign trade independent sites.
